Cheaper, faster, better
Many companies create their mission statements in the boardroom
but unfortunately never quite live up to them, so you may
be excused for thinking "here we go again"...
In direct contrast however, we lived our 'mission statement'
before we made it and developed it from there.
Essentially, we are cheaper, faster, better, and always leave
the client satisfied.

Different countries, same

Our three main consultants have over ten years experience
consulting and extensive years working in line management,
senior management and board level.
Traditionally we work with small to medium companies with
up to 3000 employees, although our partners have worked on
change programmes affecting many thousands with budgets in
excess of 20 million euros.
Our line management and consulting experience
has worked across most continents.
We have been successful in Finland, Russia, Taiwan, Peru
and many other countries.
Whilst each country is of course different we have found
that most companies invariably have the same problems waiting
to be addressed.
Coaching
and training
Coaching for real change
Many organisations find it convenient to just place their
staff on injection training courses simply because its easy
to do. However, this kind of approach is often costly and
ineffective resulting in little or no real sign of change
in staff behaviour.
In direct contrast, our bespoke training and coaching is
tailored to the individual and team, and designed so that
the line manager is involved in coaching for improvements.
